1.7 Macno Aesthetic Solutions PTY LTD does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If it is discovered that we have collected PI from someone under 16 we will promptly delete that information.

3.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain information about you after the closure of your Macno Aesthetic Solutions PTY LTD account, if your application for a Macno Aesthetic Solutions PTY LTD account is declined or if you decide not to proceed.
